Grace in Abundance

God speaks to us in mass.

 

Several years ago, I read about the idea of keeping a Sunday mass journal to write down important words, phrases, or ideas that touch me during mass.  It wasn't until a few years later that I decided to give it a try; to my surprise, this new habit changed my prayer life profoundly.  Not only was I better able to open up to God's message to me in my life, but was better able to investigate deeper parts of spirituality through the weekly challenge God posed to me week after week.

Throughout this page, I offer some of these notes from my mass journal in attempt to spread God's weekly message, and challenge you to ask God for His message to you at the start of each week.  Regardless of whatever the following days may bring, God knows what we will endure, and He feeds us in both word and Eucharist to begin our week with everlasting strength!
